Residential Driveways
Whether it's a 20-foot pad or a winding 200-foot drive, we grade it, base it, and pave it so it lasts. We've done everything from ranch-house driveways in Massillon to long private drives out in Lawrence Township.
Every driveway starts with proper grading and a compacted stone base. We use hot-mix asphalt and our own rollers to get a smooth, even finish. Most residential jobs are done in a day or two, not a week.
Already have a driveway? We also resurface existing drives and lay a tack coat so the fresh asphalt bonds tight to the old surface.

Sealcoating
A fresh sealcoat does two things: it protects the asphalt from water and sun damage, and it makes your driveway look brand new. We recommend sealing every two to three years to get the most life out of your pavement.
We use commercial-grade Pitch Black asphalt emulsion sealer. On most driveways we work it in by hand with squeegees, and we spray the longer drives, getting into every crack and edge for full, even coverage every time.
Sealcoating is the most affordable way to maintain your driveway. It costs a fraction of repaving and adds years to the surface life.
Repairs & Patching
Not every driveway needs a full repave. Sometimes you just need to fix a pothole before it gets worse, seal up cracks before water gets underneath, or put down an overlay on a surface that's still structurally sound.
We do all of it:

- Culvert replacements
The key with repairs is catching them early. A small crack that costs $200 to seal today turns into a $4,000 repave next year if water gets underneath and freezes over a couple Ohio winters.
